CANCELLATION POLICY-  At Knotts & Tangles, we cherish our clients time, and the time of our staff.  We hold your appointment time specifically for you.  If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we do ask for a 24 hour notice.  No shows or cancellations made less that 24 hours notice, we be charged a flat fee of $20.

Any no shows on Saturday appointments will result in a fee of $20 and no future bookings on a Saturday.

Our cancellation policy gives us the opportunity to inform guest on our wait-list of available appointments, and it also allows our team to adjust their schedules accordingly.

LATE ARRIVALS-  We reserve the right to reschedule any service that is 10 minutes late to another appointment time.

SALON LIABILITY- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.  

REFUNDS ON SERVICES-  Guest satisfaction is our utmost priority.  We offer complimentary consultations with each service.  All chemical services can vary depending on, integrity of the hair, past color history, desired level of lightness, and post service home care. Because results can vary, we are unable to offer refunds for services preformed by our professionals.
